Course Description
Web analytics is still a relatively new field that requires a different approach to numbers than other forms of analytics. Making sense of web data is important – but building a solid approach to web analytics is of equal importance, and is an area in which there are few experts. This class will teach you to use your Webtrends Analytics knowledge strategically, helping you become an integral part of your organization’s approach to web analytics and data-driven decision making.
This case-based course will prepare you to help your organization become analytics-driven. You will learn common misconceptions about web analytics and the analyst’s role in overcoming them to develop an organization-wide approach to analytics. Most important, you will look at real-world data and business cases, determine potential answers to questions, and learn how to communicate those potential answers to key constituents. At the end of this course, you will have the opportunity to become a Webtrends Certified Analyst by successfully completing an analytics case study.
